Refund policy

Clothing must be returned unworn, with tags still attached and a copy of your purchase receipt. Returns are accepted within 14 days from your ship date, due to donations being paid out. We do not accept exchanges online. Cost of original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded. We currently do not ship internationally. Sale items OR items purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any online item shipped back for a return will have a payment processing time of 7 to 10 business days.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Review our criteria above and be sure the items are eligible for a return. Include a copy of your purchase invoice in your return. Mail your online returns to the following address:

Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend taking note of your tracking number from your shipping label. We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
